All Casa Vicaris advisory services are provided under a signed Master Advisory Agreement and, where applicable, a specific Statement of Work or Annex. Because each engagement is customized to the client's needs, any terms regarding fees, deposits, retainers, and refunds (if any) are set out specifically within that signed agreement, and this general Policy does not override those terms.

3. Fees & Refund Terms

• Fees already earned for services actually performed are generally non-refundable.
• Any deposit, retainer, or advance payment terms, including whether they are refundable, will be specified in the applicable signed agreement.
• Requests to cancel or modify an engagement should be directed to your Casa Vicaris point of contact and will be handled according to the termination and payment terms of your specific agreement.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the date of the most recent revision. This Policy does not retroactively change the terms of any agreement already signed.
